Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide personalized, skilled nursing care in patients' homes in various case settings. You will manage direct patient care, medications, and essential patient education while coordinating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (Pennsylvania)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable transportation (for home visits)

What You’ll Do
