Job summary

Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the practicing state or jurisdiction.

- Experience in healthcare or addiction treatment settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in addiction treatment and recovery, including assessment and monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with safety protocols and telemetry when applicable.
- Educate patients and families about addiction, recovery processes and health maintenance.
- Advocate for patient needs and coordinate with healthcare providers and the care team.
- Maintain accurate medical records and participate in care planning meetings.
