Job summary

South Georgia Medical Center seeks an LPN to support the 4S OBSERVATION department on a 12-hour day shift. You will assist the RN with assessments, procedures, documentation and operation of clinical equipment, contributing to high-quality patient care.

The role requires GA LPN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with strong communication for diverse patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Georgia.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR is required.
• 1 year experience in related acute care preferred.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and families.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and standards.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, documentation and evaluation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse patient populations.
