Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current, active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's plan of care.
• Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, wound care, and document accurately.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants and support resident care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
