Job summary

Vincent Management Group & Associates is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time placement in Orlando, FL. The LPN will provide essential nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to state regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications include graduation from a Practical Nursing program with an active nursing license in the practicing state(s) and at least one year of full-time clinical experience in relevant specialties.

Qualifications

Graduate of Practical Nursing Program accompanied by current nursing license in each state of desired practice.
One year of full-time clinical practice in each specialty area.
Current BLS/CPR training with card; other specialty certifications (PALS, ACLS, NRP, etc.) as required.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services in accordance with state Nursing Act and facility policies.
Monitor patient status and report changes to RN.
Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with patient care and documentation.
Perform routine nursing care with age-appropriate precautions.
Handle medical equipment and maintain infection control and safety practices.
Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families.
Continuously pursue educational tools to broaden knowledge across age groups and diseases.
