Job summary
Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Old Hickory, Tennessee. You will join an interdisciplinary team to provide quality nursing care and ensure patient well-being in accordance with Life Care standards.
The role involves monitoring patient changes, reporting updates, and guiding CNAs. An active LPN license and CPR are required; 1 year of skilled nursing experience is preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the team.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
