Job summary

Rosemont Center is seeking a dedicated LPN for the 3pm–11pm shift. This full-time position offers an opportunity to care for residents in a supportive team environment. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualifying candidates.

As part of our compassionate care team, you will administer nursing services, document care, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure residents receive quality, person-centered care. PTO and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN certification.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents during the 3pm–11pm shift.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
