First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

The position offers per diem hours, same- or next-day pay, a potential hiring bonus after 2 shifts, and weekly payroll. Local applicants only and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
