Job summary

Brookdale is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in our community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and collaborate with licensed nurses to implement care plans.

Full-time opportunities include comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), and optional programs to support health and wellness. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is available for full-time hires; LPN/LVN license is required per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Nurses administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.

Monday-Friday Evening Shift (2p-10p): Includes $4/hr shift differential
Monday-Friday Night Shift (10p-6a): Includes $2/hr shift differential
Full-Time 7a-7p three days/week includes every other weekend ($4/hr shift differential Monday-Friday 2p-7p and on weekends)

*$2500 sign-on bonus for full-time

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
