Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Tennessee for 12-hour day and overnight shifts in a fresh Skilled Nursing setting. Immediate interviews with the Administrator and DON. Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings is desirable.
• Strong communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs. Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
