Tulsa Nursing Center, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on a 7am to 7pm 12-hour shift.

You will participate in and direct patient care in alignment with facility systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. Join a facility focused on long-term and rehabilitative care, delivering superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services to residents.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintains nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Evaluates staffing to meet resident needs.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies equipment and supplies needs.
• Directs and oversees subordinates and duty assignments.
• Organizes tasks and time allotments for staff.
• Oversees staff functions and activities.
• Evaluates staff performance and conducts discipline or training as needed.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates and documents accidents/incidents.
