Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a 12-hour night shift at our Mount Juliet assisted living community. You will provide quality nursing care, coordinate care plans with residents and the healthcare team, and ensure safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities include medication management, documenting changes, responding to emergencies, and mentoring CNA/RMA staff. A current LPN license is required, with availability for weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state where the community is located.
• Experience working with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Team player who can supervise staff.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Physically able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work an 8-16 hour flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must attend required trainings and CEUs; pass state certification if required.
