Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. If you are passionate about home-based care, you will provide compassionate, high-quality services to clients in their homes on a schedule that works for you.

You will document orders, follow up with doctors, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions while enjoying weekly pay, flexible shifts, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state (LPN).
• Ability to document and communicate clearly with clients and care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and provide private duty nursing as scheduled.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document care activities.
• Perform client assessments and monitor conditions, recording observations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
