Job summary

Our Columbia Skilled BAYADA Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who loves home care to join our Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. You will provide compassionate, reliable in-home care and document orders and outcomes accurately.

We offer paid orientation, flexible schedules (days, evenings, nights), travel to client homes, weekly pay, and benefits. BAYADA is a not-for-profit employer dedicated to quality and dignity in care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose to match with the client.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

Pay Range: $26-$28/Hr.
