Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking skilled nurses to provide in-home care across various client needs. You will travel to client homes, perform assessments, document interventions, and execute doctors’ orders with autonomy in a compassionate home setting.

Current nursing license and CPR are required. PRN, part-time, and full-time shifts are available with flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Experience in home health care or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide skilled nursing care with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

Available LPN Shifts:

• 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts


• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift


• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time - work as little as one shift per week!
