About the Role:

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring vital signs and tracking residents' conditions

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in care conferences and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
