Samaritan Summit Village is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our community health team. The role supports nursing care in the SNF setting, with a focus on timely licensure and compliance, and adherence to latest nursing practices.

The shift is 12 hours with a 72-hour pay period, aligning with our 7-day operation. Applicants must graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a NYS LPN license or be eligible to obtain one, and maintain BLS certification or obtain it within 3
