We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN for our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living departments to join our dedicated care team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate the daily nursing care of residents assigned to their designated floor, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and service. The LPN will follow approved medical procedures in all aspects of care, support resident well‑being, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team while consistently adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Minimum Education Required: Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse. Must hold a valid license for the State of Florida or a compact state. Current valid CPR certification required.
Experience: Must have knowledge of all phases of nursing care to residents and previous experience in a convalescent home, skilled nursing facility, or general hospital with supervisory or charge nurse abilities. Some experience in geriatrics is preferable.
