Job summary

Wallick Communities in Toledo, OH seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an on-site evening shift (3pm–11pm) in our senior living community. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor health changes, and support activities of daily living with accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to uphold safety, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Evening shift availability preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities
