Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Part-Time LPN to join our family. Open shifts are 2pm-10pm on Sunday and Monday. We are one of the largest SNFs in Colorado, focused on rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
