Job summary

Trillion Health & Hormone in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing clinic. This full-time role focuses on proactive women's health, hormone optimization, gynecologic care, and aesthetic services.

You will welcome patients, perform vital signs, blood draws, medication administration, and assist providers during procedures, all while educating patients and maintaining a warm, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state of South Dakota.
• Experience and confidence performing blood draws (phlebotomy).
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical setting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and preparing patients for appointments.
• Recording vital signs and documenting patient information.
• Performing blood draws and collecting laboratory specimens.
• Administering medications as directed.
• Assisting providers during gynecologic and medical aesthetic procedures.
• Educating patients on treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Helping maintain efficient clinic flow and provider schedules.
• Supporting both clinical and front office operations when needed.
• Creating a warm, professional, patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:

• Welcoming and preparing patients for their appointments

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• A licensed LPN in the state of South Dakota
• Experienced and confident performing blood draws (phlebotomy)
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical setting
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
• An exceptional communicator who enjoys educating and supporting patients
• Experienced with electronic health records (AdvancedMD experience is a plus)
• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and working collaboratively with a team
