Job summary

Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team in a resident-centered environment. You will work with the RN Supervisor to ensure high-quality care, supervise Nursing Assistants, and support care plans and resident documentation.

The position offers full-time and part-time shifts with 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM options. Salary is based on experience and qualifications, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Current LPN/LVN license and credentials.
• Ability to work as part of a care team.
• Strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Accurately transcribe and follow physician orders.
• Order medications and supplies per facility policies.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Review and update care plans and resident profiles as needed.
• Complete required documentation each shift per guidelines.
• Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care.
