Job summary

Med Center Health in Scottsville, KY seeks an LPN to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Completion of an LPN program and Kentucky licensure are required, with prior healthcare experience preferred.

You will partner with the RN to advance the patient’s plan of care, deliver safe and individualized care, and help coordinate tasks among team members to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of Licensed Practical Nurse program required.
• Currently licensed as an LPN or LVN in the state of Kentucky required.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
