Job summary

Benedictine is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our compassionate team. As an LPN, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to our Residents, emphasizing Relationship Based Care and data collection on intake.

You will participate in implementing care plans created by an RN, leveraging your clinical experience to support a nurturing, respectful environment. This is a not-for-profit organization with a focus on mission and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.
• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
