Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to serve in Washington state, with full-time and part-time opportunities across multiple counties. Earn competitive hourly wages from $40 to $47, with pay contingent on experience, tenure, case load, and hours worked.

Benefit options are available after 30 days of employment, including 401K, medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and disability coverage, and more. No per diem at this time, and a flexible schedule to balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Washington/Compact (required)
• Attention to detail is essential

• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision.
• Document all nursing actions, assessments, responses, and care coordination.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, prevention, and nursing needs.
