Encompass Health in Norwood, OH is seeking an LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, individualized patient care in a supportive post-acute setting. You will work with RNs to implement care plans, monitor vital signs, and foster meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.

Competenze

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
