Premier at The Springs is actively seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for 12-hour weekend shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Immediate openings and a supportive team environment await you.

We offer full-time roles with medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a Daily Pay option. Active Arkansas nursing license and CPR certification required; new grads are welcome to apply.
