7300 Specialty Physicians Group in North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist physicians, RNs, and nurse practitioners in delivering primary care services. The role emphasizes accurate data recording, patient interaction, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
Responsibilities include charting, lab result integration, assisting with procedures, and maintaining a safe clinical environment.
Assist with daily clinical activities under the supervision of physicians, RNs, and/or nurse practitioners providing primary care services, while modeling appropriate behavior aligned with organizational mission and values.
Required: Technical degree or diploma in nursing.
Preferred: No prior work experience.
No supervisory or lead responsibilities are assigned to this position.
The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion. The role requires medium work, exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently. The associate is required to have close visual acuity, including color, depth perception, and field of vision, to perform activities such as assessing patients, preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading. Frequent invasive and non‑invasive patient contact and exposure to patient body fluids, as well as hazardous or poisonous materials, are expected.
