Job summary

Bristol Glen, a UMC community in Newton, NJ, is seeking an LPN to join our care team. Based on experience, pay ranges from $33 to $40 per hour, with both full-time and part-time schedules available, including evening and overnight shifts.

You will provide nursing services, administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain clinical records, contributing to a safe, resident-centered environment. Applicants must have an active NJ LPN license and prior LTC/AL experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program (required).
• Current and active LPN license in New Jersey (required).
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services that support residents' health, comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and timely documentation.
• Coordinate with residents, families and providers to support care plans.
• Assist with admissions, assessments and wellness monitoring.
• Contribute to a safe, resident-centered care environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide nursing services that support the health, comfort, and well-being of Assisted Living residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community protocols
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes or concerns to appropriate team members
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure timely completion of required documentation
• Coordinate with residents, families, providers, and team members to support individualized service plans
• Assist with resident admissions, assessments, and ongoing wellness monitoring
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and resident-focused Assisted Living environment

What You'll Need:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program (required)
• Current and activeLPN license in New Jersey (required)
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living (required)
