Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
