Job summary

One GI® is looking for a compassionate LPN to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. This role involves providing high-quality patient care without night or weekend shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You will perform important tasks such as administering medications, conducting assessments, and maintaining patient monitoring equipment. Candidates should have completed a suitable LPN program and possess current licensure. We offer excellent benefits including paid time off, retirement plans, and educational reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must have an active licensure and maintain it.
• Membership in the state and/or national SGNA recommended.
• Completed IV infusion therapy program required.

Responsibilities

• Gather focused assessment data such as vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform IV insertion as needed.
• Conduct Blood Glucose Checks and Pregnancy Tests.
• Monitor BP machines and EKG systems.

What You Will Do

• Gather focused assessment data (i.e. vital signs, LOC).
• Administer topical, oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and sublingual medications as prescribed.
• Perform IV insertion, as applicable.
• Blood Glucose Checks, Pregnancy Tests, CLO Tests.
• Monitoring BP machines, EKG, IV Infusion systems.

What You Bring

• Graduation from an approved LPN program. Must have an active licensure and the ability to maintain your licensure is required.
• Membership in the state and/or national SGNA recommended.
• BLS and ACLS Certification required.
• Completed IV infusion therapy program required.
