Anthem Memory Care in Knoxville, TN seeks a Registered Nurse to lead nursing care in our memory care community. You will assess residents, supervise CNAs, administer meds, and ensure compliance with policies and care plans.
The role requires a valid RN license and at least 3 years in a senior living setting with supervisory experience. You will mentor staff, engage families, and drive quality of life initiatives within a supportive team.
Looking to fill the following shifts
Dayshift 6am-6pm and 6am-2pm
Combo shift 6am-2pm or 2pm-10 pm (includes every weekend)
Nightshift 6pm-6am

Provides nursing care to residents in Memory Care community’s through assessment, planning implementations and reevaluation of resident needs. Carries out and interprets policies, procedures, local, state, and federal regulations. Provides person-centered physical and psychological support, care, and service to all residents and their families. Provides leadership to CNAs, and Resident Assistants.

A current and valid nursing license. A minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community; a minimum of three years of experience in a management/supervisory position or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities
