Optimacare in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a compassionate registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to provide direct patient care in our clinical setting.

This full-time role involves administering medications, assisting with diagnostic procedures, coordinating with the care team, and supporting patients and families.

Candidates must hold RN or LPN license and have 1 year of RN/LPN experience preferred; benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and signing bonus.

Formación

• RN or LPN license required.
• 1 year RN/LPN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to appropriate personnel.
• Record on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintain environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.

Experience:
