Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN and/or physician.
• Evaluates outcomes and consults with other health team members as required.
• Adjusts nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assists physicians with procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of medications and administration based on the seven rights.
• Treats patients and families with respect and dignity, addressing psychosocial needs.
• All other duties assigned by the RN and/or physician.
