Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team on the night shift. You will deliver compassionate patient care, monitor vitals, and support recovery under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Observe vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
