Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in is hiring a Part-Time LPN to support weekend coverage in Hagerstown, MD. The role focuses on monitoring resident health, administering prescribed treatments, and coordinating care with providers and pharmacies.

This position offers a weekday schedule with every-other-weekend commitment and access to benefits. Base pay ranges from $27.91 to $41.88 per hour, depending on experience and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with current LPN/LVN license.
• Ability to monitor residents' health and document care.
• Familiarity with physician-prescribed treatment plans.
• State regulatory compliance for LPN/LVN

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing while administering treatment plans prescribed by a physician.
• Coordinate with providers and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care.
• Nurses also monitor responses to treatment plans and notify the resident care coordinator or executive director of any issues.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
