Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Capstone at Station Camp community. This full-time role provides nursing care under the client’s plan of care, including health assessments, monitoring, health promotion, and coordination of services to support residents’ well-being.

  • Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
  • A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
  • The ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • As part of TerraBella Senior Living, provide nursing care in accordance with the client’s plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services.
  • Coordinate health promotion and prevention services as part of resident care planning.

TerraBella Senior Living is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our community Capstone at Station Camp.
