Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking an LPN/LVN for full-time night shifts to deliver compassionate, individualized rehabilitation care. You will work closely with RNs to execute care plans, monitor patient progress, and support meaningful recovery in a warm, team-driven environment.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN/LVN license and CPR certification, with preferred inpatient med/surg or rehab experience.

Formación

• Active LPN/LVN license required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year inpatient med/surg or hospital experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care per care plan and orders.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
