Job summary

Veritas Skilled Nursing Management in COLORADO SPRINGS, CO is seeking an LPN for day shift to provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

You will observe and report changes to physicians, assist in care plan development, document care in electronic health records, collaborate with the team, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $40.00.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and supervise other personnel as needed.

Working Conditions
