Job summary

Extended Care LLC is seeking dedicated LPNs to deliver focused, compassionate care to residents in a dynamic team environment. You will supervise nursing assistants, document care, and administer medications following physician orders.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

LPN Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.
