Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Charlotte, NC seeks an LPN/LVN to support resident care in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. You will monitor care plans, administer medications, and ensure safe, clean medication storage while following company procedures.

Licensed practical or vocational nurses must meet state licensure requirements and will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing and quality of life for residents. Equal opportunity employer.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
