Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington to deliver compassionate home health care across Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston and Whatcom counties.

We offer competitive pay of $40–$47 per hour, both full-time and part-time roles, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment. No sponsorship is required.

Active Washington/Compact LPN license and ability to work without sponsorship are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Washington/Compact (required).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven time management and ability to multitask.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Good communication and teamwork with patients and families.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the plan of care.

• Treat patientsaccording to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.

• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.

• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
