Job summary

Caremaster-Medical-Services,-Inc. is seeking a PRN LPN to perform supervisory visits in client homes under Georgia regulations and company policy.

You will evaluate aide performance, document adherence to care plans, educate staff, and report changes to the RN or case manager, while maintaining timely documentation and clear communication with office staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in GA.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health or community-based care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
