BAYADA Home Health Care in Allentown is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private duty nursing roles. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Our training program starts on day one, ensuring you feel prepared with ongoing clinical support. Shifts are available in the Lehigh and Northampton areas, with options for morning, evening, and overnight schedules.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one private duty nursing.
• Participate in paid training in various settings.
• Gain clinical support from experienced staff.

How we prepare our LPNs for success:

• Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
• Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
• Around the clock clinical support by phone
• Electronic charting using Statewise

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift. BAYADA has clients with available hours in the following areas: Lehigh and Northampton counties.

Available LPN Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8's, 10's, or 12's (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
