Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Denver West is expanding our team with child-focused LPCCs. We offer hybrid sessions, supervision, benefits, training, and flexible scheduling to reduce admin burden so clinicians can focus on clients.

You’ll join a diverse, mission-driven clinic that prioritizes authentic care, collaboration, and accessible mental health services for families and children, with support from centralized resources and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are Ellie: a new outpatient therapy clinic in Denver West. We're expanding our amazing team with child-focused LPCCs. Clinicians are supported with centralized administrative, technology, referral and inquiry support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, billing and collections, and even CEU programs. And more specifically, you're ready to play a key role increasing access and care to children in our community.

As a therapist within our clinic, you’ll partner with us and co-lead our mission by:

• Providing excellent and individualized care to community members in search of mental health support with a special focus on providing services to clients struggling with addiction and substance use
• Building and cultivating a values-driven culture that reflects our values of purpose, authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination
• Collaborating to ensure our clinic is truly accessible, effective, and well-regarded in our community

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create and implement treatment plans, complete necessary documentation within a week of service, participate in supervision and consultation as needed, creatively meet individual needs within your own spin, style, and modality
• Full-time clinicians are expected to schedule (with our help!) 30 hours of client contact per week (individual, group, couple, or family)
• Coordinate services as needed with other internal and external providers
• Attend and participate in all staff meetings and trainings
• Participate in outreach efforts as we come closer to opening our clinic
• Identify innovative ways to fill need gaps and best serve our community
• Collaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goals

Required Qualifications

• Active candidate's license with the state of Colorado (LPCC)
• Experience with and passion for working with children.
• Experience with completing clinical documentation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines
• Comfort and familiarity working with clients with a diverse range of concerns
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Ability to pass a background check in a way that tells us you’re able to provide safe care
• Comfort with the natural ambiguity and growth of a start-up environment

Additionally Valuable (but Not Required) Qualifications

• Specialized training and/or certification (e.g. CATP, CCPT, music therapy, art therapy, etc.)
• Multi-lingual
• Experience working in community, group, or private practice mental health
• Current community involvement
• Identify as a creative interventionist

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
