Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group in Fort Collins, CO is seeking LPCCs on a contract basis to join a supportive private practice. You’ll receive supervision, referrals, office space, secure EHR, and compliance support, with hybrid remote options and flexible scheduling to grow your caseload.

Ideal candidates hold an active or pending associate license, a master’s degree in behavioral health, and the ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing or pending associate license.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Availability to serve clients and grow caseload.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Building private practice toward full licensure.
