Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Virginia licensure as an LPC in Midlothian, VA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

The role involves meeting_dep requirements, supervising contexts, and delivering evidence-based care with a flexible schedule. Clinicians will work within a supported trauma-informed framework and use EHR tools to document care and progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed or provisionally licensed in Virginia as a Counselor (LPC) or in pathway to independent licensure.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (DSM-5) preferred.
• Comfort delivering both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities
