You will report to the Clinical Director, work onsite at least 3 days per week, maintain about 18 client sessions weekly, and have opportunities for advancement based on performance and leadership readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, or Michigan licensing-equivalent.
• Active Michigan LPC or LMSW license.
• Michigan-approved clinical supervisor credentials or eligible to complete supervision requirements.
• Ability to provide onsite leadership in Livonia, MI.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and collaborative team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians as appropriate.
• Maintain active caseload of ~18 client sessions per week and complete documentation per standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new clinical hires and promote clinic growth.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics, productivity, and client care with Clinical Director support.
• Engage in outreach and strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners.
