Full time (80 hours biweekly)

Weekdays, daytime hours, and two evenings per week

Openings in Lebanon or Ephrata

General Summary

Provides individual, group, and family therapy. Performs preadmission screening to assess suitability for admission. Conducts interviews with patients and/or families to gather psycho-social histories. Collaborates with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans and coordinate discharge planning.

  • Conducts individual or group therapy sessions, assesses patient progress, and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provides therapeutic interventions including individual, marital, parental, family, and group therapies.
  • Interviews patients and family members to obtain information about home environment, relationships, health history, and personality traits.
  • Documents observations and care accurately in appropriate records.
  • Coordinates care for assigned patients.
  • Assists in education and training for interns and students.
  • Prepares and maintains required documentation.
Physical Demands
  • Occasional standing, walking, sitting, kneeling/crouching, repetitive motions, reaching, and eye/hand/foot coordination.
  • Occasional lifting and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent talking and hearing.
Minimum Education
  • Master's Degree required.
Work Experience
  • Less than 1 year of related experience required.
Licenses
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or
  • Licensed Professional Counselor, all upon hire.
