Aevum Behavioral Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide in-person, patient-centered psychotherapy in skilled nursing facilities. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver face‑to‑face care with daily patient contact while our team handles credentialing, scheduling, billing, and back-office tasks.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy to address mental health needs and psychological aspects of medical issues.
• Support through case management: help patients follow through on their treatment plans and connect with resources to promote their recovery and well-being.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system.
